Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant who is available for an immediate start to join their welcoming and supportive team based within the Kirwan area, Townsville.The ideal candidate we are looking for is someone who is highly self-motivated, driven and eager to develop a variety of skills and is capable of taking initiative in all office duties.
This role is a Permanent Part-time position with full on-site training provided! The right candidate will be expected to work 4 days a week, from Friday to Monday with weekdays starting from 10am to 4pm and weekend work starting from 12pm to 4pm.
This company offer their clients a FREE Home Buying Service to help the beginner home buyer get into the marketplace and to ensure families find their perfect home.
Duties Include:
- Greeting customers and visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- General e-mail correspondence
- Organising appointments for clients
- Printing, filing scanning documents
- General administrative support
The Successful Candidate:
- Immaculate presentation
- A pro-active “can do” attitude
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft programs is essential however not preferred
- Own reliable transport
