Our client is a global organisation with over 165 offices across 25 countries with more than 6000 employees. They are industry leaders within Construction, with high profile projects ranging from infrastructure to mining and energy.

Role:

This highly specialised global firm is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to be part of the NSW Business Support team.

As a qualified Project Administrator, you will assist Project Managers with weekly project administration duties as well as providing ongoing support to the projects teams.

With your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will be update and liaise with subcontractors, Project Managers, doc controllers, engineers and the internal administration team on budget tracking sheets, reviewing and submitting client timesheets, schedule tracking and preparing weekly summary reports

Duties:

  • Preparing weekly summary reports
  • Manage time sheets and expenses
  • Provide administrative assistance including data entry, word processing, printing/binding, document control and filing
  • Generate electronic purchase orders
  • Assist with quality assurance
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, training events and functions
  • Assist with other office administration tasks as required

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar document control or project administration environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail with accuracy
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office programmes / CRM/Dynamics.
  • Team player with strong relationship building skills
  • Self-motivated, and a can-do attitude
