K&S Energy a division of K&S Freighters, is a progressive market leader within the transport and logistics industry, have been providing transport, warehousing and logistics support to Australian industry for more than 60 years.
We now have a vacancy for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Administration Supervisor to join our team on a full time basis in Wingfield, South Australia.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Management of the site Data Entry team
- Ensuring integrity of Transport Management System data input and reports
- Preparation of KPI reports.
- End of month invoicing activities
- Customer service liaison
- Payroll
- Compliance Administration
- HR Administration - pre-employment paperwork collation, booking medicals & coordinating inductions.
In order to be successful for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience in Leadership/Management
- Good level of IT literacy, particularly MS Office.
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills, including effective time management and prioritizing
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem solving skills and initiative.
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
Transport or Dangerous Goods industry experience would be beneficial.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia full time.
