Romak Hardware Distributors, a well established and leading hardware importer and wholesale distributor is now looking for a full-time, experienced sales order administrator with excellent customer service skills to join a highly dynamic and collaborative team.
Based at our head office in Dandenong South, we seek a strong team player with a positive can-do attitude and a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Dealing with high phone call volumes
- Processing sales orders via phone and email.
- Ongoing job training and support
- Overtime may be required occasionally
- Immediate start available
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 year full-time relevant work experience in the recent job history
- Proficient in navigating Windows system and experienced in office software packages like Word and Excel
- Experienced in medium sized ERP systems and above e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV
The successful candidate will possess
- experience in sales order processing and invoicing essential
- advanced administration skills, strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- well groomed, confident and mature
- motivation and a drive to succeed
- strong problem solving skills
