Seeking an experienced and self motivated Service Administrator for an exciting new contract. Two roles available.

They are recognised for first class performance, innovation and customer service excellence. Due to growth and new contract wins, we are resourcing for Two Service Administrators to join their team.
Description
- Scheduling and mobilisation of technicians on site
- Procurement (uniforms, PPE, tooling),
- Invoicing, payment claims, etc.
- This role will be challenging and busy at times
Profile
- Previous experience in a similar Service Administration role is essential
- To be self-motivated and the ability to work automatously
- Well organised and the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications is a must
- Background in a related industry is advantageous.
- Time management and planning skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
