The Company
A highly regarded organisation within the not-for-profit sector, at the forefront of the industry, with the vision for ongoing excellence as the sector continues to develop. Their centre located in Footscray is currently seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual for their current Project Coordinator/EA role.
The Role
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative, operational and project support to the chair, your duties will include:
- Attending committee & governance meetings
- Consistent coordination with committee members
- Prepare minutes, agendas and other relevant meeting documents
- Assist in planning and coordinating specific integration projects
- Organizing correspondence to committee members
- Perform professional and accurate administration duties
The Person
In order to be successful for this role, you must have experience planning, implementing and evaluating small projects, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders and the capacity to exercise initiative as well as work effectively within a team environment.
