Records & Archives Office sits within the Legal and Compliance section of the Division of Strategy & Quality and provides authoritative advice and support for the management of University records.
The unit directs the Records Management Policy and Program and manages the University’s corporate recordkeeping system and archival collections.
About the role
- $91.75K-$99.3K plus 17% superannuation and leave loading

The Team Leader, Records is responsible for working directly with business units to analyse business process, identify recordkeeping requirements and potential process improvements, manage change and be a key catalyst for the success of digital recordkeeping at UNSW. The position holder identifies and delivers integrated digital business system solutions where appropriate, and supervises the activities of the Information Management and Records Officers.
About the successful applicant
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to apply practical solutions to problems.
- Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of innovative and effective information management solutions.
- A relevant degree with 5 years subsequent applied work experience in a records management or similar role, or an equivalent level of knowledge through a combination of education, training and/or experience.
