The Role:

We have an opportunity available for a Move Coordinator to provide support to our key corporate clients.

The successful candidate will provide assistance to customers such as:

  • Manage the full domestic removal cycle of the transferring employees including VIP moves, while adhering to corporate client policies, budgets and guidelines
  • Develop, maintain and build working relationships with customers, corporate clients, local partners and the global Santa Fe network
  • Provide continuous advice and support to both the corporate client and relocating customer.
  • Coordinate/manage suppliers (internal & external)

The preferred candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Outstanding customer relation skills
  • Will thrive in a fast paced working environment

Previous customer service experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
