HORNER's Mulgrave Branch is looking for an experienced, motivated and driven Administrator to join our Recruitment Team for the next three months to see us through a busy period.  This role is critical to our team's success, focusing on compliance, liaising with clients and candidates over the phone and face to face on a daily basis. 
We are a Melbourne-centric based Recruitment Consultancy that has established and collaborative long standing client relationships, successfully connecting people and shaping futures for over 40 years. Due to expansion we are offering an exciting opportunity to work with a team of professionals who are personalised in their service but well-resourced to deliver outcomes.
The Role:
*    Frist point of contact for all candidates and clients
*    Greeting candidates and ensuring all paperwork is completed
*    Database management/reporting including OHS compliance
*    Order and maintain all office supplies (kitchen and stationery)
*    Ensuring office and kitchen is clean and tidy
*    Branch minute taking
