We are a leading provider in rail support services and training.
We do this through industry leading service, supporting clients to improve safety results and bringing a fresh approach to the rail industry

About the Role
Your role will be a crucial part of the team looking after the following areas:
- Face of the business (first person to answer the phone) - answer and direct calls and emails, welcome clients, make appointments
- Work directly with the Director on a project to convert all paper forms to online forms (yes we are going paperless)
- Accounts: enter invoices and follow up on overdue accounts
- HR: Onboard new staff members, assist screening them and put them through inductions
- Work with our sister training company to help with overflow of calls/bookings
- Looking after our social media accounts: LinkedIn, Facebook and online Blogs
- Role is suited for 'all rounder'
Work Hours
- 38 hour work week
- One week: 6:30am - 3:30pm and alternate week is 9:00am to 5:00pm
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in the rail/construction industry would be ideal but not essential
- Ability to self prioritise. This role requires you to work heavily independent (but still in a team environment)
- Must have strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly in programs such as Gmail, creating online spreadsheets, Xero, Adobe Online, Salesforce
- Ideal have experience in using LinkedIn
