Office administration/Receptionist

 

Rauxel Pty Ltd is a contract manufacturer with extensive experience in formulating, manufacture and packing of products for a wide variety of clients both in Australia and overseas. Rauxel provides continuous quality service and products to our clients, with due consideration to health, safety and welfare of its workforce and the environment

 

We are seeking to appoint a pro-active and enthusiastic person to provide receptionist and administrative assistance at our busy office based at Mt Kuring-Gai on the upper North Shore in a full time position. This role requires a bright and energetic person who displays a "can-do" attitude, takes pride in their work and who can work on a number of different tasks at any one time.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls in a professional manner

  • Providing relevant information to vendors, suppliers and customers

  • Receiving, sorting and distributing deliveries from couriers, mail and fax

  • Completing general administration tasks

  • Coordination of office consumables

  • Typing, faxing and general correspondence

  • Processing timesheet for payroll

  • Assisting Purchasing Officer with processing supplier documentation

  • Accounts assistance for receivable and payable.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Experience working in an administrative environment

  • A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills

  • An ability to relate to people at all levels

  • Proficient skills in all MS Office applications

  • A keen eye for detail and be self organised

  • Experience with SAP
