An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Records Management System Administrator, specifically that of HPRM8/ TRIM, to join this progressive not-for-profit. The Administrator will play a pivotal role within the IM team and across the wider business, dealing with system upgrades support, developing BSC, promoting best practice, continuous improvement and training initiatives. This individual  
Key responsibilities will include;

  • Provide advise & support to the wider organisation
  • Develop & conduct EDRMS audits
  • Manage system upgrades 
  • Perform system administration & maintenance such as folder creation and security access, along with assisting in development of policy/ data classification schemes
  • Provide ongoing and progressive solutions for EDRMS issues on a daily basis
  • Create training documents and deliver one to one and larger group training sessions
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement & relationship building
  • Assist with development of policy/ data classification

The successful applicant must have;

  • Demonstrated experience as a Records Management System Administrator or similar technical RM/ IM role
  • Tertiary qualifications within Information Management or the equivalent
  • Extensive use either HPRM8/ CM9/ TRIM/  and/ or similar EDRMS
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills  
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards work, with a can do approach
