PropertyMe is game-changing cloud property software that’s currently experiencing massive growth across Australia. With the company doubling in size year on year, we’re currently looking for a confident and self-motivated Junior Admin and Marketing Assistant.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• General administrative tasks, including answering the phone, making travel arrangements, maintaining office supplies

• Assisting the digital marketing manager to provide marketing support, including social media, web content management and events

• Assisting with data entry and bookkeeping, including some accounts receivable and payable, filing and archiving

• Maintaining the integrity of lead and customer data in the CRM system

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in an administration or accounts role

• Previous experience with Xero is highly regarded

• High attention to detail

• The ability to multitask

• Strong work ethic

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent computer skills
