Personal Assistant & Admin/Accounts Assistant MYOB (Hotel/Pub Group)

- 12 month contract (potential extension)

The Role
Reporting to the Director & Financial Controller you will be required to perform the following tasks including but not limited to:
- Director personal assistant
- MYOB Accounts Payable & Receivable
- MYOB Bank Reconciliations
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Assisting with Payroll related tasks
- Assisting with month end tasks
- Ordering of stationery, office supplies, etc.
- Driving duties - MUST have licence and vehicle
The successful candidate
To be considered for the role you will have a minimum 2 years experience within a similar role and:
- Experience working within large organisations
- Able to take on administrative tasks and be proactive
- Intermediate MYOB skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude will see you thrive
- Capable of working autonomously and within tight deadlines
- Experience in liquor industry advantageous but not essential

This is a full-time salaried position with annual leave and sick leave until July 2019 covering maternity leave with the potential to extend for the right applicant.
