National Carbon Bank of Australia (NCBA) is one of Australia's leading Accredited Certificate Providers (ACPs) in the creation of energy saving certifications through energy efficiency activities associated with the NSW and VIC Energy Saving Schemes.
The role available is for a Compliance / Customer Service Officer to check and then support lighting upgrade legitimacy by conducting site inspections and reviewing compliance documentation. This role will provide invaluable experience and development to anyone interested in Environmental Sustainability and Energy Efficiency. You will be working as a member of a close-knit team, undergoing training and support in order to fulfill your key responsibilities. The role will also involve basic administration and compliance review duties including contacting customers for information. You may also be making site visits to organisations that have had recent lighting upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking and auditing 'lighting plans' to ensure they correspond with light counts.
- Generate and complete forms and reports to verify energy savings activities.
- Managing and completing general administrative duties for our Compliance Teams such as completing forms, generating PDF etc.
- Communicate with and collect documents/information from our clients
- Update and maintain key registers and schedules
- Perform general checks and respond to inbound communications and responding to emails
- Conducting site visits in order to perform physical light counts and verification of lights and lighting levels
- Sorting, scanning and filing documents
Key Requirements
- Well presented with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritise time and tasks
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Full driver's license
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
