IT Vision Business Process Managed Services (BPMS) provides payroll, finance and rates services to a number of local government councils across Australia. 

BPMS is looking for 1 data entry clerk to join our team with an immediate focus on delivery payroll, but also an opportunity to expand into finance and rates. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Manual Data Entry
  • Uploads into the System
  • Customer contact
  • Proofing & Reconciling
  • Transferring information
  • Printing, Filing and documentation
  • Personal Development in IT Vision software and Local Government regulations
  • Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare requirements
  • Assisting fellow IT Vision employees in their activities
  • Assisting Managers and CEO with their activities as required

In addition, you will maintain and enhance IT Vision's relationship with the customer and raise our profile in the payroll, financials and rates services marketplace.

To be suitable for the role your will need to have:

  • Availability between Monday to Wednesday, and also the days leading up to public holidays such as Christmas and Easter. It is a deal breaker if you do not have availability
  • Demonstrate a high level of work competency delivering fast and accurate payroll processing 
  • Ability to understand, learn and explain different payroll awards, industrial agreements or employee contracts
  • Strong administration skills with a customer focus
  • Good communication skills in working as a team, delivering within a short timeline 
  • Intermediate computer and Microsoft package skills
  • Preference for casual work at around 2 – 3 days a fortnight
  • Any experience in processing payroll, finance or rates is an advantage
