Our client is a well established family owned Plumbing & Gas business with over 30 years experience and are currently seeking an experienced Office All-rounder to join their Joondalup based team.
This is a full time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start (will wait for notice periods as required).
Position Overview:-
We are looking for an applicant that is seeking a stable working environment in which your diversified skills will be highly appreciated.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-
- Answering telephones
- Booking jobs for plumbers
- Data Entry of jobs (training will be provided on the software we use)
- Handling incoming customer queries
- Filing
- Assisting the Administration department as required
- Assisting Accounts department as required
Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computing skills (MS Office Intermediate)
- Dependable and reliable
- Experience in a similar Office Administration position
- Good knowledge of the metropolitan area
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as to work autonomously
- Good customer liaison skills
- Quick learner
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and a good time management skills
