A bit about the role

The eBusiness Performance Officer works closely with our suppliers to constantly improve their processes around electronic trading and information sharing. As a part of the wider Merchandise Business function at the Bunnings National Support Office, you will ensure that all aspects of our eBusiness program are running effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Research opportunities for performance improvement and work with suppliers to put them into practice
  • Work with suppliers to maintain performance standards and take proactive action to maintain them
  • Provide support and training for both suppliers and internal users on electronic trading
  • Active involvement in the rollout and support of new systems and applications

 

A bit about you:

You are a team player with great interpersonal skills who has a strong focus on providing exception customer service. These skills enable you to communicate to stakeholders who have varied technical ability, whilst also being proactive, positive and enthusiastic about getting the job done.

Key skills will include:

  • Skilled in Excel and across Microsoft Suite package
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Experience in Oracle SQL seen as highly favourable
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve collaborative outcomes
  • Operate with integrity at all times
  • Customer service background highly favourable
