We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Services Officer to join our dedicated Belmont office team.  In this role, you will work in conjunction with Contracts & Sales Coordinators, provide face to face and telephone customer service combined with administration functions.

 To be successful in this position, you will enjoy working in a team environment whilst still having the ability to work autonomously, show initiative and have logical problem solving abilities. We are looking for someone who has the ability and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities (including and not restricted to)

  • Provide front counter & telephone service to customers
  • Provide fitting services to customers
  • Process customer orders/requisitions
  • Reporting and analysing of data
  • Process purchase orders
  • Reception duties
  • General data entry tasks
  • Actively promote and demonstrate S&H Core Values in all day to day operations
  • Assist as directed by the relevant Manager

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience in Administration or Customer Service
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding of OH&S and safe work practices
  • Must be Computer Literate
  • Must have a Driver's License and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
