About the business
Nauti is not your average work space. Established in 2014, Nauti is a creative co-working office for 20+ people in all different fields. "Nauti" comes from a love of the natural environment ("nautical"), and our founders love of homophones. Hence, Nauti is all made with sustainable materials and designed to a professional yet fun workspace. The business owners, craftspeople and professionals who work at Nauti come from all different fields. We are talking designers, photographers, carpenters, visual artists, a sculptor, architects, musicians, textiles and more.
Nauti is located in Stanmore, NSW, 2048, and very easy to get to everyday. Nauti is extremely close to buses, train station, light rail, and has parking in surrounding streets. Stannerz is a 9min drive, 14min bike ride and 20min walk/bus ride from central. Also 7min bike ride, 9min drive 16min train-ing, and 23min walk from Newtown (you dirty hipsters).

Nauti Studios is looking for a new overlord. And by overlord we mean full time office manager, receptionist, sales-er, social events-er and all rounder.
Our new ruler will have a positive attitude, be a strong communicator, proactive goal smasher, and solution orientated. Our Kween will be the glue that holds everything together.
Big Boss will be at the studio 9am to 5pm on weekdays, and paid $738.80/week incl super and tax with the opportunity for getting raises when smashing additional goals (listed below). There are also opportunities for Big Boss to get paid to do courses in various aspects of business.

Skills and experience
Role includes (in order of importance):
- Office management
- Sales (getting cool people in studio spaces/desks if they are/become available)
- Admin (calling and emailing potential renters)
- Daily social media, and weekly blog and EDM
- Organising lunches and regular events for tenants
