Who we are looking for to join our team:

Our Receptionists, known as, Community Associates are our community's first point of contact. In this position you are the one welcoming our clients and visitors into each of our centres and putting the client at the heart of everything we do. It is through our team and our customer service standards that assist us to make the immediate distinction between the competition and us.

We're looking for someone who's able to transmit positive energy to our business community; a sparkling, enthusiastic, determined individual who feels confident within Regus and willing to go that extra mile.

The Role:

  • Welcome all tenants, members and meeting room guests with a natural smile and a can-do attitude
  • Answer all incoming calls, questions and requests via telephone, email and at the reception
  • Help keep the business centre spotless and at a consistent 5 star standard
  • Open and or close the centre daily
  • Basic administration tasks: book meeting rooms, print/scan, binding, troubleshooting, catering etc.
  • Understand and be able to explain monthly invoicing to clients
  • Be that first point of contact-that understands our clients.
  • Help us with your ideas on how we can continue to improve our services 

We ask:

  • Great telephone manner
  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English
  • Living in Melbourne is a must.
  • A natural at providing the best possible customer service each and every day
  • An outgoing, high energy and sociable personality who takes great care of their appearance
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to be flexible
  • Retail sales background would an advantage
