About Peak Conditioning

Peak Conditioning have been a specialist provider of treatment, return to work and functional capacity services within the NSW Insurance industry since 1997.

Our team of Allied Health Professionals are focussed on providing treatment to help people return to work, improve their functional capacities and return to the life they had prior to their injury.


Ideal Candidate

Experience working in a fast paced office environment and must display a high level of written and verbal communication. Previous management experience and proficiency in computer literacy with a minimum of intermediate Excel knowledge, Power Point and Word is essential. You will be required to assist with meeting deadlines, organising and prioritizing tasks and providing support to upper management. You will need to be effective in communicating with internal and external parties.


Essential Criteria

  • Candidates must have the right to work in Australia
  • Have or are willing to obtain a current Police Check.



  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience within an office/Accounts/Admin role (strong administrative skills)
  • Previous Management experience 
  • Ability to provide assistance to our Allied Health Team
  • Ability to work individually and within a team environment
  • Possess competence with IT and problem solving skills
  • Understand the importance of a customer service focus
  • Database management - entering and updating candidate and client details
  • A High level of organisation and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and effective time management skills
