About the role:

This is an excellent opportunity to start temporary Reception assignment to commence immediately for a forward thinking firm. As the first point of contact, you will manage the front of house operations to ensure top class customer service. You will thoroughly enjoy the challenges of each day, where no one day is the same.


  • Attending to and screening incoming telephone & email enquiries
  • Greeting visitors in an efficient, professional & friendly manner
  • Coordinating internal functions and catering
  • Maintenance of filing systems and databases;
  • Distribution of mail and courier items
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Providing some Administration assistance

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Intermediate Ms Office skills are essential.
