To enable our business to grow, we require an experienced and capable Accounts Administrator to join our Infrastructure team.

Reporting to the Accountant, the role is focused on providing hands on administrative support.  You will directly contribute to the effectiveness of our performance.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Responsible for the Accounts function (data entry, coding and processing).
  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Investigation of creditor issues and problem resolution of invoices.
  • Assisting in reconciliations (bank, accounts and petty cash).
  • Accurate filing of accounts documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers, management and other staff members in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Document control of accounts documentation
  • Investigate and respond to customer account enquiries and refer complex problems to the Financial Accountant
  • Assist in end of month processes and reporting.
  • Reconcile statements, credit cards and expense accounts.
  • General office duties and clerical support to staff.
  • Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Experience using Pronto, is preferred
  • Exposure to multi-site payroll, an advantage
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
