Administration &  Enrolments Officer - Early Childhood

Amazing Education and Training are an Australian owned RTO who specialise in facilitating early childhood education to students across Queensland. With offices in Burleigh Heads and Townsville this small, sustainable business aims to offer a wide range of students the highest quality education and support; whilst engaging proactively within the industry to support centre Directors and Secondary Education providers.

What your new role will offer…

We are currently in a growth phase and are looking for an Administration and Enrolments Officer to ensure all new student enrolments and new leads are managed and processed accurately and efficiently in line with company and compliance/legislative obligations. The right candidate will be highly efficient, professional, organised and possess high level administration skills.

A standard day in the office will consist of…

  • Supporting new students through the enrolment process
  • Being responsible for the student database ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Developing and maintaining positive student and client relationships
  • Adhering to and being an advocate for internal processes and systems
  • Managing external and internal phone and e-mail enquiries  
  • Completing administrative duties as assigned by Management at Head Office
  • Managing the cleanliness of the office and facilities

What we need you to bring to the table…

  • Extensive administration experience
  • Experience working in an RTO 
  • Understanding of compliance requirements for VET and RTO’s
  • Strong background in User Choice, HLS, and 3CG Contracts
  • Experience with PEO is highly regarded
  • Accountability and to take ownership of responsibilities 
  • Professionalism, honesty, confidentiality and integrity
  • A positive, proactive attitude and be a team player
  • Superb administration, Microsoft Office, organisation and time management skills
