Warranty Administration & Customer Support Officer at Tweed Heads 

A new caravan dealership based in Tweed Heads South, looking for an experienced, organized and professional candidate with experience in admin and customer service support, to join our friendly team and take on the administration and customer service role. General administration/customer service duties are required and assisting management with organizing the office duties.  

The successful candidate will prepare, submit and track warranty repair orders and claims according to dealership and manufacturer policies. Pay close attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of claims to ensure the Service Department receives proper credit and monies due. The candidate we are after must be confident and capable to work fast, efficiently and independently.

Your duties will be but not limited to:
 

·        Answering Incoming phone calls  

·        Keeping customer updated along the warranty process

·        Keeping customer warranty file/logs updated

·        Following instructions from mangament 

·        Following up claims with the manufacture

·        Submitting claims for payment

·        Booking repairs/service appointments

·        General administration duties

·        General filing and organizing


This role requires:

-        Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve matters in a professional             and tactful manner over the phone and in person

-        Outstanding organizational/sequencing skills

-        Attention to detail

-        Strong work ethic

-        The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

-        The ability to work efficiently and independently within a time frame

-        The basic knowledge of data entry systems

-        Outstanding computer skills

-        Knowledge of all Microsoft programs, Outlook Word, Excel etc

 

Base salary + opportunity to increase income by upselling products

The successful candidate will be required for immediate start. Tweed Heads South location

Experience in the caravan industry preferred.
