About the role
In Plus Fitness, the position of Club Manager offers a broad range of structured support, ongoing training, professional development and career advancement opportunities.
Plus Fitness is currently seeking the appointment a Club Manager for its soon to open, brand new Narrabeen club.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Membership enquiry handling (face to face, phone and online)
- Membership sales and overall sales performance against targets and KPI's
- Membership cancellation reversals
- Staff coaching and management
- Implementation of National Marketing campaigns at a local area level
- Social Media, Outreach, Street Reach, Corporate and Community Marketing initiative
- Class Management
- Facility cleaning and maintenance
- Ensure a full compliance with all standard operating systems
- Create a welcome, fun & team spirit environment

Skills and experience
Desirable candidates will include:
- Have a strong interest in health and fitness
- Ideally you have previous experience in health & fitness industries (previously worked for Plus Fitness is highly regarded)
- Must be able to work with little supervision
- Certificate III in Fitness or above
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Must have outstanding administration, customer service, and people skills
- Professionalism, and Ability to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated and Driven to excel in this position
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency
The successful candidate must have a strong and proven track record in Sales Management and Customer Service Management.
