About the business
This is a brand new premium boutique style gym. It is medically owned by the adjacent large medical centre.
About the role
The job is full time. You will be required to manage all club sales and perform all administration duties including managing other staff
Benefits and perks
You will be building the gym from the start and able to set the right culture.
The gym will have a large variety of premium equipment from Technogym including rehabilitation equipment.
The gym is located next to a large medical centre and above a childcare centre and cafe providing a good source of clients.
Skills and experience
previous sales experience / fitness industry experience
marketing skills (especially via social media) desirable
required to actively promote the gym, generate new member enrolments, retain / renew / motivate gym members
needs to be friendly with excellent communication skills
hard working, reliable and able to meet business targets
