The perfect candidate will have the following attributes:
- Maturity
- Experience in sales, customer service and fitness training
- Reliability (this is an important one)
- Flexibility
- Passionate about health & fitness
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Adaptability and quick, thorough decision-making skills
- Fun personality
Required experience:
- Minimum 2 years fitness instructing and personal training
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Certificate IV in Personal Training
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- Member of Fitness Australia
Position requires applicants to be flexible and available to work between the hours of 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. This position is approximately 10-15 hours per week.
