Swim Schools Caroline Springs is a privately owned boutique swim school. We pride ourselves in providing the best learn to swim experience possible at our private and modern facility.
About the role
As a SWIM SCHOOL MANAGER, the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Managing end to end operations of the swim school independently
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintaining facility and operations as per Jump guidelines and regulations(Training will be provided)
- Managing all staff
- All reception duties including addressing enquiries, bookings, student progression
- Managing phone calls, emails and social media
- Implementation of marketing ideas
- Achieve business growth
- Financial and business reporting as requested

Skills and experience
Selection Criteria for Manager:
- Must be confident, self driven, friendly, outgoing and responsible
- Must love interacting and working with children
- Must be AUSSWIM/Swim Australia (or equivalent) qualified or willing to obtain the certification asap
- WWC and CPR/FirstAid or willingness to obtain these prior to joining
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Experience working in a manager role or running a business in an independent role is a plus but not necessary
- Previous experience in swim teaching/swim manager will be highly beneficial but is not necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and engagement skills
- Must be very proficient with basic computer operations, emails, using social media, MS word and excel
- Must have a reliable car to travel to work
Role is primarily full-time but we may consider part-time applications from exceptional candidates.
