Fernwood Fitness Canberra City is looking for a women who is a highly motivated, energetic people person to join our fun and hardworking team as a Membership Sales Consultant with the right person advancing to Sales Manager.

We are looking for a lady that has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and would love to/ or has already worked within the health and fitness industry. 

The role will require you to take on a variety of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Generating new business for the club
- Membership processing
- Member engagement and communication
- Member retention
- Liaising with Club Manager on monthly marketing strategies

The successful applicant will have:

- Previous sales experience - desirable but not essential
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to the different needs of current and prospective members
- Ability to work autonomously and most importantly as part of a team
- Adept in using Microsoft systems and programs
- Knowledge of, or a desire to be part of, the health and fitness industry
