- Lead and motivate our team to meet membership targets
- Build up the ‘No Judgments’ culture
- Manage day to day operational functions
- Implement and ensure adherence to systems
- Plan and drive marketing promotions and communication

REQUIREMENTS
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Experienced managing people from a variety of backgrounds
- Confidence providing exemplary customer service
- Face-to-face sales experience
- Experience working towards and achieving targets
- Strong attention to detail
