BlueCross Monterey in Glenroy has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and energetic Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator who wants to make a difference and enrich the lives of those we are trusted and privileged to care for. Monterey is home to 112 residents.
This role is required to develop and implement an engaging, person centred leisure and lifestyle program that focuses on wellness and provides a range of opportunities for residents to achieve physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological wellness.
You are known for your excellent communication skills, desire to have fun, reliability and proactive attitude. In addition to your Certificate 3/IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, you have previous aged care experience and experience leading a team. You are passionate about working in residential aged care and are well versed in implementing programs in a memory support environment.
