Ningana Enterprises Inc is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people with a disability and their families in the Riverina NSW.

The Role: Client Care Coordinator

We are currently looking to employ a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to facilitate the coordination of services to participants with a disability across the Riverina.

This position is a full-time position, based in our Griffith office.

This position will involve working collaboratively with management, other staff, participants and their families and the organisation to provide high quality, individualised person centred services to participants.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Prior experience in working with people with disability and their families.
• Demonstrated understanding of issues involved in supporting people with disability.
• High level of motivation to assist people with disability and their families to access the supports and services they need.
• An strong  understanding of NDIS and the Provider Portal
• A strong understanding of Person Centred Planning and the ability to formulate these plans for participants
• Understanding of Disability Service Standards.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region.
• Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft programs, various databases and Client Management Systems.
• Tertiary Qualifications in Disability Work, Social Welfare, or other relevant disciplines or equivalent experience.
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• NSW Drivers Licence
