Your opportunity
We are looking for Job Placement Consultant to join our professional and committed team at the Ballarat branch.
Working with a diverse client base you will provide resume development, interview training and job seeking services to assist clients locate new employment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcome for people returning to work after an injury or illness or transitioning to a new career.
Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes. Your personable approach will assist to manage stakeholder expectations and to build strong relationships with key customers.
You will also have:
- Experience in Recruitment or Employment services OR;
- Qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling;
- Strong resume writing skills with a good understanding of local labour market;
- A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers
- The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers
- Current driver’s license and motor vehicle.
