Job summary
Responsible for driving the Red Cross source to pay process transformation vision to deliver significant value to the organisation by improving operational efficiency through process, policy, vendor compliance and technology innovation.

About the role
The Project Lead would be responsible for project managing the implementation of source to pay technology including invoice automation, contract compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility, amongst others to optimise activities across the organisation respective to the Australian Red Cross external spend and vendor compliance.
What you will bring
- Extensive experience in project managing procurement transformation technology projects
- Experience with procurement transformation including sourcing, source to pay technologies, vendor compliance, organisational change and business process review
- Experience with invoice optimisation and accounting code allocation, contract compliance, and vendor audits, compliance, organisational change and business process reviews
- Strong change management skills
- Strong Communication skills and well developed stakeholder management
