Due to growth from continued customer satisfaction, we are seeking an Employment Consultant to support our NSW Different Employer Services team. Office location is flexible. Both full time and part time applicants will be considered.

The Exciting Career Opportunity

As an Employment Consultant for Recovery Partners you will be responsible for

  • Managing job advertisements/Work Trial placements listed on our online Job Portal
  • Reverse marketing individual jobseekers to potential employers
  • Marketing the Job Cover Placement Program (wage subsidy program) and the Recovery Partners Job Bank to potential employers
  • Delivering job seeking skills training to jobseekers

We are looking for that little bit extra, so join us if you have:

  • Have at least 12 months' proven track record in placing disadvantaged job seekers with a new employer (minimum of five placements in this period) or are a qualified Rehabilitation counsellor (full member of ASORC or RCAA)
  • A background in recruitment, employment services, reverse marketing or careers coaching (desirable)
  • A good understanding of labour market trends (desirable)
  • Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work autonomously and think outside the square
  • Driver's License (access to a pool car is available)
