  • SWS: Assessments of a person’s productivity compared to a work colleague in order to meet Fair Work Australia’s commitment to ensuring people with disability can take their place in the workforce and to be paid fairly for what they can do.
  • Workplace Assessments: Workplace Assessments funded by the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) are conducted to provide recommendations for modifications to maximise the participant’s capacity and independence in the workplace. The EAF offers financial assistance to a person with disability or their employer for workplace modifications and services required as a result of their disability.
