WISE Employment (WISE) is a successful not-for-profit organisation, committed to providing quality employment, training, occupational rehabilitation and allied health services to disadvantaged members of the community through a range of programs.

The Business Manager is a critical leadership position with a high level of responsibility to oversee and manage all aspects of the sites. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Business Manager to manage and lead the integral operations at our PARAMATTA site. This is a fixed term contract until 1 May 2019.

To be successful in this role you will clearly demonstrate an innate talent to develop successful community and employment stakeholder relationships, as well as motivate and develop team members.

Proven successes in achieving favourable outcomes through progressive management of staff, budgets and marketing is essential; in conjunction with a thorough understanding of the employment services contract compliance and program management requirements.

Keys to the success of this role are:

Solid management background in Employment Services including in Job Services Australia (or Job Network) and Disability Employment Services (DES)
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent people management skills
Thorough knowledge of contracts and program objectives

Applicants must possess a current Drivers Licence.
