These are exciting opportunities to become a part of Omnicare's growing aged home care services.
Omnicare is a highly regarded and innovative local community, not for profit, aged and disability provider on the Mid North Coast of NSW. The organisation is well known for best practice in community dementia care using our WISER approach, incorporating Montessori principles for dementia.
Omnicare has the following positions available:
1) Home Care Team Leader (Fulltime)
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and dedicated Team Leader to assist with the development and growth of exceptional client directed care services as part of our quality Home Care team.
The position is fulltime, based in Laurieton and covers the Hastings and Camden Haven areas.
2) Client Services Rostering (Fulltime)
The Client Services and Rostering Position will be responsible for scheduling the delivery of services to our clients and maintain support worker rosters within a data management system called CIMSAbility. You will be the key contact for clients and staff regarding schedule changes ensuring rostering is logistically sound, efficient and the most effective use of staff resources.
A competitive remuneration package, including salary packaging, is available for both these permanent positions.
3) Aged Care Support Workers (Casual)
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Casual Support Workers who can deliver an exceptional level of care and support to our clients within their homes and in the community in the areas of Port Macquarie, Wauchope and Camden Haven.
Omnicare is seeking staff who are reliable, flexible and have a caring and compassionate nature.
Successful support workers will be able to demonstrate an ability to provide high quality service with the client at the centre of everything they do. Workers need to be able to travel to work in the client’s home and in the community. We are a proven preferred employer who pay competitive rates to attract the right people.
