Reporting into the Director you will manage the development, implementation and maintenance of quality systems

Your new company
This not for profit childcare provider has been supporting early childhood education and care in NSW for over 100 years. This organisation encompasses a variety of areas including Education, Children and Family services and Early Intervention.


Your new role
As part of the Business Improvement team, which brings together technology, quality management and user focused design you will partner with the service delivery and corporate services teams to develop lean, effective and responsive solutions.

  • Foster and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Implement quality management systems across all business units
  • Establish and lead the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) committee
  • Coordinate the review and development of the organisation’s policies, procedures etc
  • Coordinate reporting, maintenance and development of the organisation’s risk management system
  • Implement and maintain appropriate controls, including insurances and continuity plans
  • Provide ongoing information, communications and training
  • Effectively manage quality and risk related projects


What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Strong experience in Governance, Risk or Compliance roles
  • Understanding of quality management and implementation of continuous improvement mechanisms
  • Project management and business process optimisation skills
  • Experience maintaining GRC related documentation
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
  • A Working with Children’s Check or ability to obtain one
