About the Opportunity
We currently looking for full-time Coordinator- Direct support (12 month Contract - with potential to renew) to join our team in Castle Hill.
We are looking for a supportive, reliable, highly motivated and energetic Coordinator to support individuals to achieve their goals within their NDIS plan. This role will be responsible for liaising with NDIS participants and their families/ carers to negotiate support required. Matching appropriate staff to participants and rostering are key factors of this role.
About You
What we are looking for:
- Certificate IV in Disabilities (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience in working with adults with disabilities and their families
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Proven rostering, computer and administration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Current driver’s licence and a reliable fully insured vehicle
- Current Working with Children Check
