Then this is your chance to create a new way of support for people experiencing family violence by creating a safe, welcoming and accessible environment whilst engaging with perpetrators to plan interventions to hold them to account.
Role Purpose:
- The Team Leader will provide day-to-day operational management and leadership to Hub Practitioners, supporting the delivery of a high quality intake, assessment, crisis response, planning and referral service to women and children who have experienced family violence, vulnerable children and families, and perpetrators of family violence.
- The multidisciplinary role will see the Team Leader ensuring consistency with the Integrated Practice Framework and DHHS service agreements whilst also collaborating with other Team/Practice Leaders to review, develop and implement systems, policies and procedures to build and enhance the Hub service model.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work/Psychology or related discipline
- Demonstrated leadership capacity
- Relevant experience working in Fam Violence/Integrated Family Services sectors
