Experienced Disability Team Leaders in Accommodation
We require experienced Disability Team Leaders in Accommodation to work in the Blue Mountains area. You will have skill and knowledge in working with customers with high support needs. Our team support our customers with accommodation in a group home environment as well as lifestyle activities. You will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, Shifts are available on a negotiable four or five day roster to help you meet your work/life balance needs.
Applicants
Successful applicants will have a willingness to help others, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a friendly and supportive workplace environment. You will have experience working with smart phone technology or the ability to learn quickly. You will develop a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike. You will be required to assist our customers with various levels of support dependant on their needs. A wage will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on qualifications and experience.
