Regional Operations Manager

A new and exciting opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Operations Manager in the area of human and health services to take leadership of a diverse portfolio within the service.

This challenging role will suit an innovative and proactive individual with an extensive background in general management and business improvement.

Competitive base salary of $95,000 plus benefits!

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Provide Operational management of Katherine Region
• Ensure service delivery meets funding body obligations
• Management of external delivery complaints
• Promote the achievement of organisational strategic goals with a focus on effective solutions and outcomes

  To be eligible to apply:

• Tertiary qualifications in Youth Work, Social Work or Community Development
• Extensive experience in providing people management and strategic leadership
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with a key focus on effective communication
• Current National Police Check or the ability to obtain

Mental Health Manager

This exciting role will provide effective clinical leadership to all staff to ensure the services delivers an early intervention youth mental health service.

Competitive base salary of $105,000 plus benefits!

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Leadership and Management to team members
• Clinical responsibilities and leading an experienced clinical team
• Operational oversight and ensuring the integration of co-located services
• Promote the achievement of organisational strategic goals with a focus on effective solutions and outcomes

To be eligible to apply:

• Tertiary Qualification in Mental Health and a minimum of 5 years experience in a health related discipline
• Registration with AHPRA or AASW
• Demonstrated management skills with experience in providing clinical  leadership with multi-disciplinary teams
• Interpersonal and communication skills with a key focus on effective communication
• Current National Police Check or the ability to obtain
