Manager - Youth Transitions Programs (YS044) (1.0EFT)
The Manager – Youth Transitions Programs is responsible for the overall management, coordination and delivery of the Transition to Work, Mentoring 2 Work, Work Ready and other related youth transitions programs.
The group of youth transition programs have a focus on engaging and assisting young people
into a sustainable and successful transition from education and/or training and to employment.
The role involves responsibilities including:
- Coordinate and administer the youth transition programs in accordance with program service plans, service agreement and funding body requirements.
- Lead the development of job search activities for young people, and facilitate volunteering opportunities.
- Support and assist team members to develop knowledge and experience in interventions, strategies, practice frameworks and models, networking and advocacy skills required for working with young people.
