House with No Steps (HWNS) is a leading provider of disability services, we are dedicated to human rights and to ensuring individuals with a disability have greater choice, control, and freedom over their lives. We aim to provide professional services, advice, and support for individuals and their families that is community-based, dignified, person centred and reflects the individual needs, preferences and skills of people with disabilities and those who support them.
The Billing Manager role is end to end management of the Support Services billing process within House with No Steps. The majority of our customer billing is through the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) with a small portion of billings generated to clients directly or nominated third parties.
HWNS has had significant growth over the past few years and the way in which the organisation transact for billing has changed. A key focus of this role will be leading the team through a time of change and transformation.

- Professional qualifications, CA or CPA or working towards
- 3+ years working in a similar role,
- Demonstrated key accountabilities:
- End to End Billing and collections
- Process improvement/Systems development
- Proven experience in leading teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
