Tursa Employment & Training is a large not-for-profit, independent organisation that successfully delivers a number of employment and training services for Federal and State Governments from Noosa Heads in QLD to Forster in NSW. Due to an expansion of business, TURSA is seeking applications from outcomes-focused people with proven marketing and engagement experience to work in Disability Employment Services in the following Employment Service Areas:
- Richmond (Lismore, Kyogle, Casino)
Delivery of Disability Employment Services is a highly competitive industry that is also highly regulated. Continuation of our contracts and the level of business depends upon being ranked highly on comparative performance with other providers not only in the immediate area but more so against other providers across the rest of Australia.
Employment experience in Disability Employment Services within the last five years is essential. The successful applicant will have exceptional reverse marketing skills, confidence to engage with employers along with the ability and disposition to engage positively and empathetically with clients to work with and support them to move into employment or self-employment.
The successful applicant will have a minimum qualification of Certificate IV in the field of Disability Services, or other related area, or a preparedness to obtain this qualification within the first 12 months of employment.
TURSA offers above average salaries and conditions of employment such as:
- a 72-hour, 9-day fortnight
