You will provide holistic, safe, effective and quality care and services to residents, responding to their varied needs with empathy and respect.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care);
- a dedication towards delivering high quality service in residential care, meal handling, cleanliness and cleaning;
- compassion, empathy, patience and respect for residents, colleagues and visitors;
- an acceptable standard or verbal and written communication skills; and
- strong team work and interpersonal skills.
