About the position
We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and experience person to join our team. The position is responsible for providing support to a group of participants or an individual in both facility and community settings. To ensure their participation in developing person centred plans and implementing person centred approaches to assist in realising their individual goals and aspirations.
The position also includes the provision of a range of personal care support depending on the needs of each individual.

About you
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experience team member to support participants within their small working groups to assist and develop and in turn to achieve their desired outcomes. You will have Certificate IV Disability, current driver’s license and a current first aid level 2 (including CPR) is essential. Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities, sound communication skill and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are a must.
